Really helpful stuff about mechinization, I think your thoughts on matters are pretty informative.

I know you don't want to sound like a droning college prof. If you make reference to entire systems you haven't talked about in the cast could you make the detailed info on those systems available. Maybe the "damacles" thing just sounds more complicated cause you said something greek and added the word system.

This podcast is great training tool for you speaking publicly since you aren't gonna ruin any lives by not being walter kronkite...just guilds..no i'm kidding.

Let me make sure I'm getting the criticisms correct before I work on improving the format.

1) The dictation-oriented, college classroom "professor ciderhelm" is boring and droning.

2) The relaxed second half was easier to listen to and more enjoyable, but the lack of structure and clear drive hurt the presentation.

The goal being to get more structured and more concise while maintaining the laid back nature of the second half.
I didn't mind the laid out-structured part at all. Maybe since I actually liked college. . .

I have no doubt that between your accomplishments in game along with putting together such a great website that your podcasts will naturally become top notch as well.

I would agree with some of the comments - the second half was full of your opinions and personal touch, and to be honest, that's more valuable and entertaining from my point of view.

I'm really looking forward to more of these, as you've already started touching on the issues that affect guild leaders day-to-day.

You said "No situation under which a guild leader can be expelled from that position" which is not quite true. If a GM does not log in for 30 consecutive days you may petition Blizzard to transfer the title to someone else in the guild of your choosing. I know this because our guild has had to do it twice in the past three years and it is how I came to currently hold the GM title.
