I just did a 5 minute crash course in it. Using Virtualdub with it. Anyone wanna share the tricks to settings, etc. that they've found out?

How can I go in later and put audio over it such as a voice over? Thanks!

i think that is done post recording - unless the sound is realtime.

most video editing programs can do this i think. a highlight of that is Premier Pro etc
