What can I say about patch 3.0.8 that most people haven't already... not a whole lot. The only way I've been impacted by this change would happen to be via the fact Obliterate does not generate any runic power anymore. Which hoses both tanks and dps that use the ability.

Howling blast having a cooldown really changes nothing as I've been a frost dk since WotLK came out and levelled in my "tank" spec all the way to 80, so my rotation is pretty much already going on muscle...

The DPS DK in my raid was kind enough to pass on it to me, so now I'm pretty much set until we can progress into 25 man content raid wise.

Had my first taste of offtanking the adds and such on Kel'thuzad in 10 man Naxxramas. We ended up downing him on our third attempt which wasn't too bad, but I inevitably died on all three attempts.

1st attempt, dps somehow dropped like flies to a bad iceblock and a shadow fissure. I was able to tank the two adds up to 16 stacks which was kind of fun, however our dps was really lacking and by the time I died it was 1 dps, 2 healers, and the tank up besides me lol.

2nd...
