Here's a few things you should probably know if you're rolling with me:

1: there's an amazing amount of things that I DON'T care about when it comes time to set foot into a Heroic or a raid.

I DON'T care how much Resilience gear you have.

I DON'T care about your stories about ganking a level 20 alliance when I'm trying to pull a group of mobs.

I DON'T care how much you wanna get back to farming...

So something just occurred to me...

While those of us who play on PvP realms for whatever reason we have and dislike PvP have often bemoaned the problems of ganking and the lack of the Dishonorable Kill, it occurs to me that we've never properly given thanks to those people on the other side who DON'T take an opportunity to stab our faces in when we're busy, low on health, or a far lower level.

So since becoming a Raid Leader, I've hit a brick wall. Pretty big one, and it's one I don't think I have alot of control over and I'm not sure how to tear it down without hurting feelings.

See, we have a few hundred people in our guild. Different time-zones, classes, professions, all that. I've been lucky enough to raid with some of the best who set time aside for us. we do have people who just PuG everything or work with people from other guilds more than they do us. It works for...

Yeah. tried doing Ony 10-man last night. Some good things came out of it, some bad. Good things were that I'm pretty sure I'm far more pessimistic than I should be, since I walked in with the rest of the group behind me fully expecting to not even get past phase one.
