As promised several weeks ago here's my little rant/summary of my adventures with setting up Grid.
For many months I've been a dedicated Pitbull user and was only convinced to change to Grid in Colliseum where not being able to see all boss debuffs on players was starting to irritate me (think Beasts, where we 3 tank on heroic mode and I could focus on the tank before me in the rotation to watch stacks but was blind to the third tank's stacks). So one Friday night several weeks ago...

This week's raiding has been a bit up and down with university exams and RL issues for several raiders making our numbers once again tight. Our poor RL has had to deal with multiple late cancels, but despite raiding under strength we cleared normal TotC and TotGC up to Twins - 23/24manning HM beasts (without any holy pally) was a real ... beast, but it was done.
On Sunday night after clearing Jara and Champs (7 wipes in total) we were again met by Twins and spent a fairly happy hour...

... can be a rocky road. In my experience while second kills may not take quite as long as firsts they can be more frustrating and more depressing than firsts. Not that I'm saying that killing something twice moves it from "progress" to "farm" but a clean second kill is definitely a big step forward.
Last night we went into TotGC (25man) 3 shotted beasts - anyone who complains about Sunwell Radiance Version 2 - please go and tank heroic beasts, where randomly not...

This morning's blog was meant to be about my trials and tribulations over the weekend of installing and setting up Grid exactly how I wanted it, but the events of last night threw all my plans (and I suspect our RLs plans for the next while) off-track. I will still blog about Grid, complete with some screenies but let's start the week on a high note.
On my drive into work this morning I was contemplating various titles for this blog that ranged from "What a night" to "Totally...
