OK so I'm a Co-GM of a 25 man raiding guild. We get the numbers on our raiding days and are progressing very well. We have a great raiding environment and everyone seems quite happy.

Our 25 man raids on the whole are excellent, however we have just run into a problem is with our 10 man raids.
