I saw you mentioning trying to decide between the monarch crab and the 170 stamina trinket.

In my opinion, both have their uses.
It all comes down to the on-use ability. For boss fights, the extra dodge often pays off big time, especially against bosses with spike abilities, or when healers tend to die.
For trash and heroics, the 170 stamina is usually better then the 121 possible from the crab.

So I'd keep both for the time being, I usually carry around four or five different trinkets for fights where I think I'll need to modify my gear, since it's the easiest point to modify.
