I almost forgot I even posted stuff here and had to read my own again. Fun past memories. After a move, a marriage, a computer problem, and work getting crazy busy, I finally get back to getting some game time in. I am now a little behind and getting all caught up with who is doing what. I did get all the updates on the progression from my friends in the guild so not totally lost. I got to run in Ulduar again and do a little OTing and remember how much I love tanking. The damage increase for prot...

So I have made my return to playing after a long break and many real life changes. I am now going to move to a new place this weekend but at least I am getting some playing time again and talking to old friends again.

Obviously being gone for so long there were some people that stepped up to tank during my absence and with a few warrior tanks getting better gear and taking the reins, then a druid tank alt stepping up to help out, and my original tankadin partner still going. I was...

I put together a group for what I thought would give us the best chance at completing the timed event, we were all together on time, actually a little early. We made our way in, got buffed, consumables, and started hitting the gong. Clearing went smooth, we worked our way to the last pull that gave us the most trouble, sheeped the 2 trolls and tanked the bears and riders, no problem. A quick check, mana, and we pulled the bear boss with 8 mins left. Started good, then came the transition. He resisted...

Here we are again. Start at Gruul's Lair and clear the instance in around 1 hour, maybe a little more after 1 wipe on Gruul due to a nasty error on a shatter that wiped a few healers. Gruul's down second attempt, 2 of the same shoulders drop for druid warrior and priest. I get out /ro when my damn computer locks up. When I finally go off line, all the loot has been distributed and no shoulders for me again.

Oh well, he is dead and lets move on to Tempest Keep, we all vote yes and...

So in my travels through the caves called home to Gruul, and the near kills on the arcane mech called Void Reaver, I have learned a lot of things and gotten myself the best gear I can for my progression. We have made easy work of Kara for some time now, dropping all the evils in that castle and claiming lots of loot for my fellow adventurers. So why then does this tribal instance called Zul'Aman give me so much trouble.

Long ago when we first made our way into this jungle, we made...
