Quite some time ago, I have joined a raid group without boring explaining why did I even needed to join it... Because of gear and experience difference I became 2nd MT or OT or however you wanna call the possition.
Just to add, I was raid leader in pre-TBC and even in TBC, together for around 2 years, mostly trying to help people around, don't mind joining pure-casual Karazhans with my main, helping with quests or dailies aswell and trying to guide if possible. In raids where I don't...
