For those that read my last blog, you would've saw that my guild, Empire, is coming along just fine. Last night was our first raid night. We downed Naxx 10, destroying the Arachnid quarter in 20 mins, got the 3 minute Patchwerk achievement, and came very close to the Undying (Thaddius and Heigan. Ugh.) After that, we went on and downed Malygos in 7 mins. However, after a talk with my officers regarding how the raid went as a whole, I started doubting whether or not I'm totally capable of leading...

If you all read my last post, it was about the vision that I had for my guild, Empire. A strong, cohesive team that raided hard and had a strong bond with each other. The type of guild that laughs with each other, comforts each other with real life issues, and one that pursues the difficult in-game challenges. So this summer, I thought I would attempt something that, well, I have before but failed the last time I did so.
That is, being a guild leader.
The last guild I led was a very small guild, with only around 100 members at its peak. I remember how we were claiming to be a leveling guild (which we were), but when we reached 70, we had a problem. One side of the guild wanted to make it a raiding guild, the other wanted to be leveling. This difference broke the guild apart...
