I haven't blogged in quite a few days, didn't really figure I had much to say. My internet is still screwy-- apparently someone is supposed to be coming today to check the outside phone lines. My raid group is doing well, we are still 11/12, that Nightbane eludes us, but Saturday we were up way too late and too tired to even try him.. so we have only attempted him once so far (With like 6 wipes ick). Kings Defender continues to hate me... but I can be patient, I have to be right? Tonight is Kara...

Ok, so I have had MAJOR internet issues. I did have high speed cable, however was having constant lag and d/c issues. It was driving me nuts and I couldn't play WoW very well. The router was replaced, and also the cables, no improvement. After running tests, the signal was all over the place.. sometimes just...

Ok, I won't delay any details on the pocket watch & KD until the end.. long story short.. didn't get either.. we didn't even get to Chess event.

I had pretty much one very very frustrating evening! The DSL should be set up today *fingers crossed*.. and the last 5-6 days the cable had actually behaved itself, very few lag and d/c problems.. however I get home after work last night, and log on to about 5000 latency. The most horrible lag and constant d/cing. I hang in there... hoping...

Tonight is Kara night. I look forward to Tuesdays because unless something goes majorly wrong.. we always hit Chess event before I drag myself to bed for 2 hours of sleep before work. I believe in the power of positive thinking.. and I know tonight is my night... I will see Moroes Pocketwatch drop for the first time (Nothing in like 3-4 months) and I will get my highly sought after Kings Defender. Just because my positive thinking hasn't worked the last few weeks doesn't mean it won't work tonight...

I must admit, last weekend when I dropped 362 Blacksmithing my heart kind of sank... all that work, all the money I had put into leveling my smithing... down the drain... it pained me to press the button to confirm that I wanted to unlearn that talent.... but..... now I have to say engineering is about the best thing to ever happen to me.
