Hey there, we are definitely full up on tanks for the moment, as we have three Prot Warriors, two Prot Paladins, and two Feral Druids. That could change at any time, but here's what I suggest. Before September last year, we were about where you are at now. We ran our first Gruul's Lair with 6 or 7 folks that one of our officers was friends with. They ended up liking us so much that most of that guild merged into ours. I think we got at least 12 full-time raiders out of that guild. Guild alliances are definitely the way to break into 25-mans if you aren't quite big enough.
