The effort you put in sometimes does reap the reward you're after.
I've been struck ill with a ghastly flu making me miss out raids for nearly a week. I won't go into any details about that, I just wish you all to not get into touch with it. It sucks, I've never been ill for longer than a couple of days now it's been more than a week.
Yesterday night I knew the regular 10 man team would be short a tank if I didn't show up. Since the doctor said I could take as much aspirine...

I've spent just about the whole Monday evening redesigning my user interface. Allright allright… Perhaps redesign isn't exactly the right word for what I did, but tweaking sounds like too little. I've been wanting to try out this viewport thing for quite a while now, so I decided to finally do the time and sit down to tinkering. A great deal about learning a certain fight is stabilizing each phase going through the motions and perfecting them. I've seen people compare a raiding team to an orchestra, and that comparison isn't too far off. I like that careful approach to learning a new encounter since it maximises...

This morning I drove to work in the dark and the rain. There's quite a bit of wind and there were leaves blowing, circling in the headlights. I don't know why but it felt sort of magical - rather hard to describe - kind of like watching a little show that was put on just for me. I digress, of course. But well, there's so much to enjoying life. And well - I don't like to discard the little things outright. So I guess writing about them makes em last a little bit longer...
