I've been going slow on WoW lately and I blame it on my deadlines at work... but tonight was fun... I logged in only to be PUGed by some people whom I've already tanked for in HC...

I was assigned to tank ony10... I've been there a few times, but I'm usually assigned to tank the whelps or elites spawns so getting asked to tank ony herself was good as I had been wondering if my DK could do it...

5 minutes into the pug and the RL tells me that I'm the only tank... well,...

It's been awhile since I've penned my thoughts... and since I've been reading the HALP section alot these days I figured what the heck... try my luck at inciting a flame fest...

Granted, my tanking experience didn't start till the availability of DKs... but there's something that's been getting to me lately... and that is the talk about tank HP for HCs...

I will concede to the point that the more HP a tank has, the easier (or manageable) the run becomes... but I strongly...

So I stopped playing WoW for a week due to my workload in the office.

Coming back today I proceeded to do my dailies while I LFG with a buddy of mine. Being dual-specced is fun and it was a suprise when my buddy found a druid healer for our group.

Me: Hi...
Healer: So who's tank?
Me: I am...
Healer: You can't tank with 20k HP, I know a tank. Invite and you can DPS.

Offcourse I just kept quiet, since clearing heroic is clearing a...

The last week had been full of activities... working for 12hrs each day, contemplating on toon (and skill) improvement and occasional raids (when I need time off from my work)...

I guess it's partially how I'm built... but I love tanking and healing... Priesty heals, and DK tanking so far... but I've recently been getting the urge to roll a warrior tank... I can't describe the feeling when I watch warriors pull things off...

I'm not dissing the other tanking class......

So how do I articulate this?

I've been really into tanking since WotLK was released... and I guess I've been able to hold my own (or bring it) when I'm tanking but these past few days have been getting me down.

Runs have become messier, more people die while I'm on 'watch' and I begining to think that I'm not really that good a tank...

I am aware that group mechanics can cause this, and it's not always the tanks fault... having said that, I can't help...
