Celebrating the milestones

Today, my guild (Soldiers of Azeroth on Aggramar-EU) are three years old. To mark the occasion, we're going back to our roots in Molten Core on our next raid night, throwing a realm-wide party in Goldshire, and we've had a big screenshot competition on our guild forums.

Out of pure interest, how (and why) do you celebrate the milestones in your guild's history?

My guild was two years old as of this year, but we didn't really do anything to celebrate. Oddly enough I was one of the few people that even knew when our "birthday" was (because I'd done a /ginfo a few weeks earlier).

Off topic: Hey, we're on the same server except on opposite sides of the pond
