Help warrior not threatening enough

I am a tauren prot warrior and am having trouble generating enough threat in some heroics i mainly use devistate i allways use shield slam when up i also use revenge when up i have the mouse over devistate macro and use the crap out of it when holding two guys at once i sometimes lose one to a dps who then gets smashed. ive tried cleave thunder clap and everything else i can think of still happens. If anyone else draws agro i have a heck of a time getting it back before they get smashed i cant even pull agro when a lock dots before i can hit something i have to hit it several times to gain agro i need more agro i need to generate it faster and hold it better. Im currently adding 2% threat to gloves and mongoose to my kings defender but i need more help then that and some suggestions fast before i get to fustrated to tank i will link my armory please look and give suggestion of what i can do to help make agro.

Well, Xav's excellent post on generating threat will probably help you a lot.

Now I don't know a lot about gearing warriors (yet), but I think Executioner is a better choice if you want to improve the threat generation of your weapon.

Also, it's very easy to lose a second mob if your DPS doesn't focus fire on mobs - are you marking up groups to indicate kill order ? Is your DPS following the marks or are they just shooting/stabbing at stuff ?

As a warrior, with Improved Thunder Clap, you should be able to keep 3-4 mobs on you by using nothing but Thunder Clap on everything but your focus target. The key is to make the DPS focus on your target, and not just attack everything. Shield Slam and Devastate while Thunder Clap is on CD, then spam Thunder Clap and Cleave whenever possible. This is enough to hold aggro off of your healers; it is not enough for DPS to start using area effects.

Also, Executioner is a better bet than Mongoose for threat. You might also want to look at your Expertise, Hit and Block Value stats.

You can also start using reflective and area damage effects; if there's a paladin, make him use Retribution Aura, if there's a druid, make him cast Thorns, etc. Get a [item]Petrified Lichen Guard[/item], and put a [item]Felsteel Shield Spike[/item] or any of the others on it.
