Cleaver vs Unbreakable will

Ok, so I've been farming za for the dam shield that never drops, and have picked up cleaver of unforgiving (actually I have 2 lol) I put a 8 hit gem in it and mongoose on it today we downed anetheron and I got unbreakable will as I looked at the stats Unbreakable will seems to be better, but when I look at the gear ratings in the tankspot library it puts unbreakable will above cleaver. I understand that armor scales better at high levels, but does it really negate the 20 parry rating and 20 hit?

make the cleaver your threat weapon: executioner, 10 hit gem etc etc.

the unbreakable will is the BEST mitigation weapon in the game for all races (yes that includes orc and human) and should have mongoose on it.

its the case of having two weapons for two distinctly different jobs.

Defense is also avoidance; the UBW sports more than 1% total avoidance (not including block. never including block >:| ) from defense and the cleaver only has 0.85% total avoidance from the parry

armor is mitigating damage all the time as opposed to the parry and this weapon adds significantly to your effective health to boot.

on another, more... hilarious note:
some argue until they are blue in the face that parry is a "threat" stat because of the potential speed increase from parrying an attack.
its not a threat stat and you shouldnt ever think that. there IS a potential threat gain from parry but it is so minute that i dont think it is even worth taking into account.

Tyvm for explaining that to me :P I think I might wait for mallet to replace cleaver for threat weapon (can't get the dam thing to drop >.<) and save executioner mats
