If you could continue BC after WotLK comes out...

I've heard random mentions of things like, "Oh, if Blizz came out with just a couple pre-BC servers, for all the old school players, they'd get a lot more people come back" but I really haven't heard anything about the upcoming change. I'd said quite a few times that if I could get a good group of 25-30 people to refrain from buying WotLK at all until we'd experienced all that BC has to offer, I would totally do that. So, the next logical step is dedicated servers, just for people such as myself. As it is, we're getting some of the nifty LK additions before it's even released, such as Inscription and the Barber Shops I'm looking forward to so much, so really, we wouldn't be missing out on that much...just Northrend itself. And if we had our own servers, our AHs wouldn't suddenly become with things like Frostweave and other things exclusive to Northrend.

I'm curious as to how many people would be interested in such a thing....well, for that matter, in both things: pre-BC servers, and BC servers, while the rest of the population moves on as normal.

none of the above.
I think you should have to kill the last raid boss to gain entrance to northland.
It will never happen of course as they would sell half as many copies of lk

Way less than "half as many copies".

Think about how many guilds killed Kel Thuzad or Kil Jaeden

It's a strange question to ask. We're tanks, we serve our guilds. It's a given for 99% of us that our guilds will jump on WotLK the moment it comes out, so the mere thought of staying "old school" can't really be separated by the choice to continue tanking or quitting your guild.

I prefer to progress rather than stagnate. I'm getting WotLK the day it comes out -- but that doesn't mean I will immediately abandon the things I want to do in TBC.

My goal for BC is to stand in a kil'jaden kill shot. If that doesn't happen, I'll go to 80 and come back and pwn him with a raid of lv 80s.
