I use the normal TPS rotation: revenge, shield slam, devastate, devastate and my TPS is not that high. About 600 in low rage fights, 700-800 in high rage. When my rage is full, I dump it with heroic strike and it doesnt really make my tps higher. Whats the problem? Most of warrior tanks with exactly same tactic do much higher tps.

Are you hit capped, do you have a good amount of expertise rating, whats your SBV like? Those three things, especially the first 2 have a HUGE impact on your tps

Armory link in tanking gear plus a WWS if you have one would be helpful. If you just hit 70 and started raid tanking, then that might be good TPS. If you are t5 geared, then maybe not. Hard to say without knowing gear, spec and seeing what you are doing.

Given your gear, I'm not sure that your TPS is bad. You do have a lot of mitigation gear on including a mitigation weapon. You might consider utilizing some gear alternatives depending on the encounter and whether you need more mitigation or more threat. For example, the SSO necklace for threat over your current neck for a threat boost. Try getting a WWS for Gruul or Mag if you want to better evaluate your threat.

Ouch. I can't live without cruelty talents in fury tree. Also group composition matters quite a bit. Windfury or LOTP can mean 100 tps easy.

Ive had cruelty but I changed my build few days ago. And it wasnt better.
