Looking for some advice on making money as a prot warrior.

Aside from doing dailies, what tips/tricks/suggestions are out there for paying for enchants/consumables/repair bills.

Also, I remember reading something about farming multiple mobs in a passive uncrushable set using a shield with shield spike, were are the good spots to do something like that?

Jewelcrafting. On my server (Mal'ganis) Earthstorm Diamonds sell for 120g. Eternal Earthstorm Diamonds(along with plenty of other cuts) can sell for 180g. Buy cut profit.

Fury gear > quick dailies > easy money.
Level an alt.
Fly around Nagrand mining/herbing/other gathering talent.

Use your professions the best you can. If you have cooldowns use em. If you can gather things, do it. Fishing is good if you don't have good DPS gear to farm or professions you feel you can make money with.

Farming primals is always good if you have decent gear. I like to grab my healer friend who is a herbalist and we farm life sometimes.

Best place I have found to multi mob farm with passive unhittable is the southern side of the BT entrance area. There is a platform with a very large number of blood elves fighting each other. If you can dodge the elite it's pretty good.

i have herbalism my self and can net up to 100g each day by collecting herbs while doing daily

you might want to try to get Friendly with sha'tari skyguards , In friendly u can do 2 bombing q's which leads to nearly 24g

If you are a miner check the AH prices on various Items:
On my server the strange (and good!) thing is that you can make money by smelting ore alone!
ingrediens for a felsteel bar cost around 10g but the bar sells for ~18g and I can sell 5-10 a day.
Same goes for hardened adamantit which sells for over 40g with a price of ~1,50-2,50 for a adamantit bar, so 100% here as well.
Be sure to buy low and don´t flood the market.
Of course maybe it is only on my server (german rp-pvp)... just check it out.
Heck, I sometimes make money by buying eternium ore and selling the bars at a much higher price...

The way I did it was choose Herbalism and mining for professions then level fishing and cooking. I farm mats for my own flasks, pots and elixirs, I make my own food buff items, I sell fish raw and cooked as well as herbs and ore.. I make a killing without investing loads of time and save a ton as well. My warrior is my only 70 atm so I had to support raiding costs somehow.. Once another toon reaches 70 I may reevalute my professions /shrug

On archimonde at least, most uncut gems sell for significantly lower amounts than cut gems. Sometimes 4-5x less. I'm leveling a JC just to take advantage of this.

Go to Curse and download the Gatherer Mod. Believe it or not it creates and Conveyor Belt that drops Fel Iron and Gold into you bank vault while you sleep.

Mining or Herbalism is the greatest thing since the Devastate Skill.

I know you said no Dailies, but the Shattered Sun Dalies are AWESOME! I do the two in Hellfire, the three close to the Flight Point in Shattrath and most of the ones in Sunwell. They pull in MAD JACK for minimal work.
