I just got the Blackout Truncheon - Item - World of Warcraft and will use it over the Crystalblade of the Draenei - Item - World of Warcraft that I have now and will put 2 of those 12 stam gems in it.

I can make a Fireguard - Item - World of Warcraft but if this one is a better aggro I'll just use it and save some mat farming time.

So which is better aggro?

Blackout Truncheon is definitely a great threat tool, but with its substantially higher dps and hit rating, the Fireguard should be consistently better. If there's still any doubt, keep in mind that Fireguard is only the first tier in a series of 3 powerful swords you can craft for yourself - that should seal the deal for you. Farm the mats and then keep working on upgrading to Blazeguard and then Blazefury - now that the nethers are no longer BOP, it shouldn't take you too long.
