Collar of Ceaseless Torment?
Blood DK here.

Just won this since nobody else rolled on it in ToC 10. I currently have the Spiked Battleguard Choker. I love the ArP since I'm blood but I lose a bit of AP when I make the switch. Is this a good upgrade for me or should I just stick with the Choker?
