Bracer deliberations

After reading tankspot and other forums and finding that shield block value is not very good to have at the moment, I've changed alot of my gear to increase my avoidance, but I don't want to have too much avoidance (if there is such a thing).

Which is why I'm asking which of these items to use:

Binding of the Hapless Prey

or

Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets

Armory Link for further gear information.

for bosses, use Bracers of Dalaran's Parapets. For heroics / raid trash / general soloing use Binding of the Hapless Prey

One other note, for bosses you should replace your 275 health chest enchant with the 22 defense one, and then use the 32 stam / 5% armor meta gem in your helm. With the swap, you'll gain 1 defense rating (so you're not losing out there) and you'll gain 50+ hp and 2% armor (which is a EH boost overall).
