DPS shield
That's right I said DPS shield. While hunting for easy upgrades to up my kill speed and by extension my leveling speed I stumbled upon this little gem: Icechill Buckler A green quality quest reward available at level 71 with 173BV and some expertise. Better DPS stats than any other shield I saw until about L76ish if you didn't get into T6.

Just wanted to share.
