Excellent work. I'm sure it will change once things go live and as someone alluded to above, specific requirements like meeting uncrittable and then factoring threat generation will alter your choices.
You'll be in great shape if you have the #1 item in each slot to be sure.
Hey.....why isn't Thunderfury on teh list? (ok, ok, I'm kidding)

How much block value do you have when you start Naxxramas?
How hard do the first "easy" raid bosses hit for?

in the gear i get from premade char since i just recently got my char
i run at 850 bv with the few upgrades ive gotten
and boss's iirc hit for like 5-7k

Just pointing out that Unwavering Legguards from the Shattrath pre 2.4 badge vendor are not included in this list
| neither should they be as t6,praetorians and sunguards legplates offers better stats.. t6 has more BV after the changes, and all 3 have more avoidance... unweavering took a dive after they all got changed for 3.0

Titanium Earthguard Ring seems to fall very very low on points when compared to rings that are listed above it which have less stat values but more total points. Example

As far as weapons go, I don't see the Cleaver of the Unforgiving (ZA, Zul'jin drop). How does that stack up? I know it was normally just under Brut/Unbreakable Will.

I know that y'all are very busy people and I really appreciate all your hard work at keeping this list up! I was hoping to see how this list evolved post 3.0.2 given the new talent trees and style of tanking going on. Plus my bank is bulging and requires some Fall cleaning prior to WotLK, so, when do you think you will have the list updated to show what BC stuff still stacks against the WotLK stuff? And what is the new theory behind your choices... eff health, stamina, avoidance, dmg, threat... etc... should take you all of 30 seconds... jk... rofl... lmao... /facepalm... just looking for a projected date of your next update that's all... and THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO... YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!!!
