I would say that you need to up your hps. You can change many of your gems from the def/stam ones to straight stam and still keep your uncrittable status. Your gear looks fine (you can still upgrade a few through quests), but your gemming is too heavy on the side of defense.

Do u think i should resocket with Solid Azure Moonstones?

Yeah solid azures will work. Just stay at or slightly above 490 defense.
