Was not sure where to put this, so I took a stab in the dark.

Our guild makes much use out of the stats that WWS produces. Unfortunately , since the patch, it has been broken as far as healers are concerned.

So my question to you all is, does anyone have any web sites or email addresses I can use to get in touch with the folks at wws to see what's up with them ? We have have a payed account with them bu, apparently, absolutely no support.

Was this the one where the developer quit supporting it? and if so, yes, a lot of people liked it & used it, you aren't the only one left hanging. I just get whatever mods my RL tells me to....

WWS support hasn't been there basically since wrath was released. There were some minor fixes early in the piece but for the most part WWS has been abondoned by its creator. My advice is to start using world of logs, it is missing a few small things that WWS has, however it has vastly more features and is updated very quickly and regularly.
