For free to anyone who needs them, as long as the bank has orbs. Initially when orbs were scarce we only gave out 4 per person but we ended up stacking up quite a bit so if you need em you get em.

We're just giving them to dps that have the highest PR from EPGP assuming they have all the mats already.

we are charged epgp for runed orbs.. depends on who has all the ma Im notsure how they determine who gets it first but it does matter if you have all the other amts already.

Whenever a set of 6 could be made, whether 2 dropped and somebody had already bought 4, they would get the orbs. If multiple players would have the full set, it would simply be a gold auction. It would seem that with considerate players working towards the same goal, they were just about always freebies to whoever needed the item the most.

That's how it goes though. Everyone can have a guild, but no one has instructions for it.
