| Starting a new raiding guild
I just started a new raiding guild and I'm looking for information on getting started as quickly as possible. I've got experience raiding through Magtheridon and leading Kara.
The biggest hurdle so far has been recruiting. I expect my guild members to spec for raiding even at the early level of raiding. This loses some recruits (mostly rogues who want to be hemo and other bad raiding specs), but I've had trouble finding healers, period.
What are some strategies that you used early on to get recruits for raiding?
