Main benefit here, that I can see, is its another thing you can macro into your ultimate 'oh god I'm about to die' panic button. Last Stand, Bloodrage, Enraged Regeneration and Last Stand all together would be pretty nice.
I'm going to assume that one of those Last Stands was supposed to be Shield Wall. That aside, I think that there was some question about the damage reduction only being available while Bloodrage was active. If that's the case, Enraged Regeneration isn't something you would want to have macroed in there. The question I would have is if having ER up is going to prevent you from using Bloodrage for the "shield".

The DK 2-Piece seems pretty underpowered, when compared to the rest of the 2-Piece bonuses. Death and Decay is normally only used at the start of a pull, and normally only on trash.
It's not like you CAN'T use DnD on a single target, but it actually seems like something that would be more fitting for DPS to have on trash. As a DW frost tank, I know I can't afford the talent points to lower the cooldown on it and that would seem to be mandatory to make the most use of the set bonus.

The question I have is really regarding the 4-piece DK bonus... Frost, you macro Blood Tap with Unbreakable Armor. Does anyone else actually use Blood Tap? Or is that kind of the point here? You take a couple of abilities that you never really use, Bloodrage and Blood Tap, and add damage reduction to them. It's going to feel like the days of chaining Death Knight cooldowns all over again.

Yeah, sorry. Ment Shield Wall. And yeah, you're right. Silly Enraged Regeneration and removing enrage effects...

DK 2pc - DnD is simply too expensive to keep in your rotation, other than using it as an opener for pulls. It's more like giving us a free DnD glyph for free, and there's a reason why tanks don't bother glyphing for DnD. X% more damage for Rune Strike would have been better. 20% would've been too much though, given the mechanics of Rune Strike. Maybe buff the other strikes for all trees (Obliterate, Heart Strike, Scourge Strike)?

I think the Warrior 4-piece is very nice, especially since it's a BONUS to armor pieces we haven't seen yet. They're not supposed to be game-changing, they're supposed to be a handy little extra thing to have in a fight, and 12k off an incoming big hit every minute is exactly that... if nothing else, think of it as an extra pulling tool - you have rage and a shield while people get in position. If they made the set bonus so unbelievable that it was a necessary part of any warrior tank rotation, they would have to either put in UNBELIEVABLE off-set pieces to match or else make the T10 pieces generally pretty weak overall.

Look at an extra damage shield on an ability you have already as a bonus, because that's what it is, and that's what it's meant to be - it's not a new talent we have to spec into or anything. I'm more curious to see what the gear itemization looks like, personally (although, for the record, I think the 4-piece bonus is very nice).

One thing I've noticed (especially on the WoW forums) is the words 'so xyz will be the norm in this tier' (i.e. in reference to buffed AoE in Tier 10).

The thing is, this assumed EVERY tank will have tier 10 in there. And they won't. At all.

If anything, you need to look at Tier 9 to see what possible mechnics will come up in Icecrown, and only look at Tier 10 when it comes to the later stages of it. Since that's when you can expect people to actually have it.
