So true. I've got the pictures to prove it. I think it's incorrect to say 99% of females are bad tanks, as I know 4 female tanks, and they are all good. That's 100% of the ones I know, and there are probably what, 6 or 7 in all of WoW?

On topic: I uploaded the UI to File Front and somehow managed to mess it up, as there were no profiles to set.

Yes please. I commented on YouTube, but I'll say it again; without a doubt one of the best tank UI's I've ever seen. I'd love to get this replicated for my computer.

Thank-you for a great vid. Ive been raid tankin for 4 yrs. and ya can always learn more ya never know it all. And it's always good to have a another view and style. I hope all tanks old and new review this vid. Just to keep us sharp .

great video, but I am very curious as to the addon you use that flashes skills on the center of your screen when they're CD is up?

I saw it while you were tanking XT, and it looks very helpful. If you could give me a name, that'd be great!

LOL Sorry Cider, Lore, and well pretty much everyone else who does the voice overs on these guides. I was listening to Ariedan's video when my wife woke up and came downstairs. She said I can only listen to her videos from now on without headphones because she doesn't mind tanking babble if the babble comes from that sexy a voice.

On the plus side, I can listen to a tanking video without listening to headphones when the wife is awake.

Just wanted to throw in something that was hinted on but I feel most warrior tanks in general(even some high end) don't realize. Warbringer includes intercept. I have often times found the double charge really fun in heroics, and it may not seem possible, but there can very well be times in raids when you need to charge and its on cool down.

How is your UI upload coming? I have never had the urge to change my UI until I saw yours. I have gone all over downloading different things and honestly I hate what I had done with a passion. Your setup is perfect for what I'm hoping to do

Great video!

One thing I may suggest as an alternative to tab targeting, is mouse over targeting. With mouse over targeting there is one less key to press and I find I am able to manage AOE situations a lot better.

For example in an AOE encounter of 4-5 enemies my glyphed cleave will hit 3 targets and I will use a mouse-over macro with devastate and concussion blow to help keep threat up on the targets that cleave does not hit. After a few hits I will reposition myself so that cleave will hit other targets and my "mouse-overed" abilities will hit the other targets that cleave is no longer hitting. I also use mouse-over macros with charge, intercept and intervene and I find it very efficient this way.

Your mileage will vary of course depending on how your key bindings are setup and your play style.

Hi I'm new to tankspot, amazing video, I haven't seen a better tanking tutorial yet. Now we need to get a death knight tanking tutorial up, while it's true that your adverage dk player will tell you that death knight is an easy class to play, it's the most misunderstood tanking class in WoW, bad death knight tanks are a dime a dozen, I've been tanking ever since I made my death knight who is now my main, and there are so many arguements out there as to how to tank with the class, most people say use death and decay as often as possible, while others say not to use it at all as it wastes too many resources, others say spread diseases then use death and decay, which doesnt establish threat very fast resulting in other party members pulling in pugs. I've found that all sides of the arguement bring a bit of truth, I always open with death and decay on multi mob pulls as most party members are not willing to wait on diseases to be spread, then I spread diseases and I simply use aoe, it is essential to dk tanking that you keep diseases up on all mobs, and death and decay should never have to be used twice in any one trash pull as it does chew up alot of resources and limits your ability to keep diseases up and use your other bread and butter aoe spells, dnd is good to open with for threat but bad for holding it compared to keeping diseases up and using other aoe spells. There are also an alarming amount of bad dps death knights opening with death and decay, no dpser should open with aoe, much less death and decay which doesn't do much damage and produces alot of threat. It's also a beneficial move to use unbreakable armor every other trash pull if you're frost considering it's short cool down.

Thanks again for making this, my friend is a pro warrior tank and anything I can learn about his class to help me not pull aggro when I'm dpsing is a plus.

I enjoyed your video. I picked up a few tips for my aspiring little warrior tank.

The real reason I registered is to put in another vote for that sexy UI of yours. If you're not able to upload it, can you at lease post a list? I love it!
