I'm using double Def trinkets to stay past 540 at the moment -- Seal of the Pantheon - Item - World of Warcraft (which dropped in my first run <3) and good ol' Adamantine Figurine - Item - World of Warcraft. (I don't need the Figurine to stay past 535, so it is bagged in Heroics, thankfully.)
