Food Buffs

I have been leveling my cooking and doing the dailies to pick up as many spices and Dalaran Cooking Rewards as I can in order to be able to buy new recipes. For a warrior tank, does anybody have recommendations on the best food buff to have up in instances? Do you like Crit Rating or Attack Power for leveling?

Instances
80 Attack Power - Poached Northern Sculpin
40 Expertise - Rhinolicious Wyrmsteak
40 Armor Pen - Hearty Rhino
40 Strength - Dragonfin Filet
40 Hit - Snapper Extreme
40 Agility - Blackened Dragonfin

Leveling (going with the cheaper, easier options here that I can get a ton of while leveling fishing)
60 Attack Power - Grilled Sculpin
30 Crit Rating - Poached Nettlefish

For survival needs I'd definitely say Agi. that's the easy one though.

For DPS / threat I'd go with compensating for a Hit or Expertise weakness first. If you're good with those I seem to remember that Str or ArPen are better than the crit food you listed anyway.

Dont undervalue expertise as tank.
Our tank got 4 hittet within 3 secs in Naxx heroic by the boss with positive / negative buffs ( im not used to those new boss names, sry for that ).
I'd rather choose expertise as tankin instances and crit as leveling because you wont have more then 30% crit with any styles unbuffed and since tanks spec impale, crits rock.

Expertise/Hit would probably be what I would go for in heroics and raids.
