Gemming For WotLK

I have a few questions about current lvl 70 gear. With Wrath coming out in a few days, most of my gear, both main sets, Tank and DPS has all these gem slots filled for their respected task.

1) Should I re-gem them to help me run through Northrend to lvl 80 or keep what I have.
exam: The Onslaught Chestguard; which is slotted with (3) 15" Stam be left alone or fill the slots with +hit and or +crit. (This and other T-6 gear looks to be good to keep until around lvl 75 - 77.

2) How important will Defense be during this stage to lvl 80?

3) Agility??? I notice none of the gear for Warriors has agility any longer. Has this stat become useless for Warriors???

4) Any comment on Enchants, especially for weapons??
ie: Mongoose / Executioner / Potency
Which of these will be best until lvl 80?

You may as well resocket/re-enchant everything for defense the day Wrath is coming out, to get ready. You're going to be using that same gear in heroics and early raids for a while anyhow, and reaching the defense cap will be hard. It's what I'm going to do, so I don't have wasted time at 80 getting my gear all set up again.

Agility was never that great of a stat for us, properly itemized it can work out well (Destroyer chestguard, second iteration, str/agi/sta/3 sockets/def/dodge/hit, overpowered!), overall though it wasn't worth continuing to itemize for.

Weapon Enchants, Mongoose is still the best, cause there's no new tanking enchant known or discovered yet.
