I also use a n52, and it is the source of all my power.

Being able to move, shield block, hs, and shield slam at the same time is invaluable and nearly impossible on a keyboard. The key to this is being able to move with your thumb.
Can you explain? I'm not entirely familiar with this product so I'm trying to understand why the n52 makes all of this possible, while a regular keyboard setup would not.

I use the nostromo and LOVE IT.

I think what sets it apart from just using a keyboard (for me) is using the thumb pad on the left hand for moving. If you use WASD to move it takes three fingers, if you use the nostromo, you only use one finger, your thumb. And my left thumb isn't usually used when typing anyway.

I use the little red button above the dPad to hit a modifier key (forget which one) to make all the buttons change function. Kind of like alt-click.
So my UI has two panels of 12 hotkeys laid out 4 colums, 3 rows. Just like the keys on the nostromo. I use the Leftmost three buttons for stances and just flip

I also use the big square thumb button for [tab] to switch targets.

I've heard of a lot of healers using the Belkin, and I'm interested in trying it out as well.
