I have, after quite a bit of debate with myself, come to the conclusion that its time I move on. The server I am on is dying, dead, died, however you want to put it and my guild is falling with it. There was a time that when someone left, we had enough to replace them, but now the numbers are growing thin, and we barely manage enough for Gruul's each week. It has been a blast learning every fight with them, wiping to the boss over and over until finally the glory of the kill was marked up. The problem, however, is that those moments are too far and few between. We walked all over Gruuls lair, put it on farm after the first week, and now we can barely get enough to run it not to mention push further. Every time we attempt to push further, it seems the people are more and more dilluted in both experience and gear, making it a much harder task. Thats why I am going to give it a few more weeks, but I want to find options first before I move in that direction.
I am the current main tank of the guild. I have tanked every raid we have done through Gruuls and know every last one of the fights. I currently run two of the Kara raids we have, one as main tank, one as off healer. I manage the webpage, forums, raid signups, and help with who gets to go as well as supply the flasks for each Gruul's raid. It would be hard for someone to say that I don't do anything for my guild. I love the people in it, as I have been with this guild since I was level 20 and this is my first toon, so trust me when I say I am a loyal guild member, but loyalty can only go so far before one has to look out for themself.
What I am looking for?
Well, I am looking for a guild that is possibly just finishing Gruul and looking to work at Magtheridon or SSC or TK. I would like to raid more than once a week, and I can easily tank all of Karazhan, though I would like to not have to full clear each week if you have someone else who can tank most of it. I only need 3 drops from there. Battlescar boots, Nightbanes Chest Piece, and Prince's token. I won't mind clearing it with guildies though, how else will I learn more about their play style as well as them learning about mine? To be honest, I am not requesting a main tank position. I understand that a guild's main tank is their prized possession in most cases....especially when that person has been a friend for a long while. I would not dream of stepping on their toes even if i am better geared than they are. I want to see progression beyond Gruul. If I have to OT my way through it, then I will. I want to stay on a pvp server however, as i do not like PVE servers at all.
I am currently spec'd as fury, but I have my prot gear on. I am away this week on a business trip (Which arise occassionally and there is nothing I can do about that) which keeps me away from wow from monday to friday. My usual prot spec looks somewhat like this....

The one point in improved sunder because I figured it was better placed there than in improved rend
I will not claim to be the best tank in the world. I am far from it. I am somewhat new to the whole tanking scene in raids short of my experiences in Karazhan and Gruuls since I started playing in December, managed to hit 60 a week before BC came out, and never got the feel for any of the level 60 raids. I've actually never even been inside of MC.
If you're at all interested, please get ahold of me in one of these three ways

And for those guildies of mine who see this, which I know a few who do roam on these forums because I directed them here.....Sorry.
I also wanted to add, that these three characters will probably go with me.

(which is a holy priest that is my cousins but we share the account because I pay for it and am the one that leveled him from 65 to 70 and started gearing him out.)

(Both of these are my roommate's alts.)
Atleast the holy priest and one of the two alts of my roommate would need a spot to call home with me as well for one of the best times I have is raiding with the people I know IRL. The hunter usually pulls 2nd in our kara runs with some solid dps in it.
EDIT: Guess it might also help if I link my armory huh?
