Release your frustrations...

This thread is being made by me I guess to bitch and whinge about things that are currently frustrating me...

Ok so today we spent all day wiping on High King Maulgar after killing him on only our second attempt last week. Last week everything was smooth, the priest didn't get a heal off and no demons were stomping healers, today was the opposite. I was getting killed by Maulgar because my healers were dying, and all I could do was watch. Stupidly frustrating.

Yeah feel free to vent guys.

I missed one Kara raid yesterday for RL reasons, and [item]The Decapitator[/item] drops. Our Arms warrior who has admitted to me that he hates Fury got it. I want it because it will become my OH in 2.3 to take advantage of the WW change (for those who might not know, it is becoming 1H). Aaaarrggh!

How's this for frustrating: becoming swordsmith blacksmithing with the intention of being fury with the intention of using [item]Blazefury[/item] as my intended off-hand item - spending the next 3 months getting nethers / vortexes (the vortexes were 80 times harder than the nethers) and actually completing the Tier3 sword *BEAM!* - .... Then reading 2.3 patch note changes....
All I can say is that it generated me to instantly submit a GM ticket (who then advised me to post on WoW Suggestion forums).

Don't bash the stats - I'm fury now - still doesn't change the fact I tank from time-to-time.

WTB Ranged DPS and Healers than can dodge the Orbs at Void Reaver. Been like 5 weeks of this, we're way ahead of the Enrage timer but they keep getting killed.

Seconded what Beertap wrote. This is despite DBM announcing in /rw, despite me yelling in vent who each and every orb is targetting, despite everyone being told to know the person to their left and right so they know to move if needed.

"It's hard to see them coming" I keep getting told. My screen is full of angry robotic nutsack, but surely it can't be that hard?

Doing BGs as a prot warrior...I swear I DPS less than my holy priest in DPS gear. They can pretty much ignore me since I hit them with the force of a wet noodle...

Had [item]King's Defender[/item] drop from the chess event when I was on my Shaman instead of my Prot Warr, who had been scheduled to come... but we needed a healer instead, of course. Went to a Fury warr for his tank set... (FYI: Still using [item]Grom'tor's Charge[/item])

Sweet lord dude. They should have let you get your prot warrior out there and pick it up. especially if they asked you to come on your shaman instead of your warrior. My guild did that for me as we needed healers the night it dropped. I logged off my healer, got summoned there on my warrior and grabbed it. Of course you will not be able to do this once 2.3 comes out I belive.

Nightbane has been SO reluctant in dropping his Panzar I even tanked him in a wedding dress and it didn't work
Also, Gruul's beeing a jerk for not dropping his shield.

He specifically leveled up his Blacksmithing to get the Blazefury as an offhand weapon for his fury dps set. In patch 2.3, Whirlwind will be changed so that it uses both weapons. In other words, having 2 slow weapons will make whirlwind do more damage. Thus, making the Blazyfury less effective as a fury weapon.

I was RL that night. Definitely would have done that if we knew it was an option, but I don't think any of us did...

We killed Prince last week for the first time, in 4-5 attempts. All good.

Yesterday, we tried Netherspite for the first time and 1-shoted him. Moral was high.

We then walked to Nightbane and just wiped for like 4-5attempt because I was to dumb to stance dance at the right moment and always get feared at least once before the first air phase, Nightbane cleaving everything in the raid. Then for 2 attempt because I wasnt positioning right to grab him when he land. After that, I was perfect but we had our healer killed during air phase and in the end we had to call it because we were out of any consummable and some were leaving because they were tired.

I'm pissed at myself because if I was grasping the fight faster, we would prolly just pwn him like nothing and I have now a bad mark on my personnal scoreboard. Grrr
We should have him tonight.

Motivating some lazy ass folk that just can't seem to want to raid.

It's 8 hours before raid time, and we've not got enough for any 25 man content. Zero hunters have signed up, including one thats just announced that he had ebayed his character ages ago, and we had an imposter with us. He said he didn't like being told to raid, despite us raiding only two-three times a week for 4 hours.

We're going from Void Reaver under 1% wipe to slumming it in Kara of late, despite having a raiding roster of 40-45 folk. We've got some shiny buttons in (new folk) but still only getting a similar amount of signs we had beforehand.

Really annoyed with the lax attitude some of the more long term members are starting to develop. Plus, our server isn't exactly overflowing with quality players looking for a guild, seems there is a constant flux of 'omg we are a new guild, we are starting kara when we get enough members, join us!' type guilds that disband within a week or two, seems everyone thinks they can do a better job than other guy. Too many chiefs, not enough indians, as they say.

To compound my loot frustrations, [item]Boots of Elusion[/item] dropped last night in Kara, while again, I was there on my Shaman (though not requested this time). My tank is still using [item]Sha'tari Wrought Greaves[/item] after about 3 months raiding Kara with our second team. Usually I wouldnt have been annoyed with it, but the other 3 tanks we've had in our guild got them in about a week each...

Aside from that, having commitment issues. We've got more than enough eligible raiders to be doing 25-man content, but never enough signing to even reliably run 2 Kara teams. /sigh

DOwnload solarion alarm, it tints your ENTIRE screen blue, if people cant see that /gkick imo they aren't worth a raid spot.
