Imo if they aren't able to notice when their character turns purples and starts throwing lightnings all over the place without the help of an addon they will be gkicked. Not to mention the big skill icon Bigwigs adds on the targetted person.
Btw we did it the other day, threatening people that those who kill someone would be kicked from the raid. Guess what ? Nobody exploded on the raid, and we destroyed her (nice boots for me btw)
