Hybrid Fury/Arms healing reduction build. Will it blend?

So basically I threw together this spec looking at the talents in arms and fury and noticing I have just enough points that I could possibly reduce healing done on a target by 100%. Using Furious Attacks which reduces healing taken by 25% and stacks twice and mortal strike which reduces healing taken by 50%. Hypothetically if these stack would this be a viable build for arenas? Here is the spec I'm looking at.

I'm 99.99% certain these do not stack, and even if they did it would be 75% reduction not 100%. But yeah they don't stack.

The comments on Wowhead's page on Furious Attacks says that it doesn't stack with MS (or Aimed Shot, or Would Poison):

Furious Attacks - Spell - World of Warcraft

There's a link to a forum post which presumably has a blue post in it:

World of Warcraft - English (NA) Forums ->

But the forums are down for maintenance right now so I can't quote it.

Also bear in mind that even if they did stack, it would be multiplicative, not additive so you'd get 75% reduced healing, not 100%.

If they did stack, you'd know because you would see many others already using it

That was basically what I assumed however if they did in fact stack I was accounting for Furious Attacks stacking because according to the tooltip it can stack up to twice thereby reducing healing by 100% with MS. Thanks again for all of the info.

They 'stack' like this: Ms -50%. Furious Attacks, -50% of those 50%, ie, -75%.

the only way to get a "stacking-ms" type effect is have ms/aimed shot/poison up and have an arms warrior use overpower on heals so its reduced healing taken by 50% and reduced dmg/helaing done by 50% totaling 75% reduction.
