Both of our DKs go frost for this and spam Chains of Ice and Hungering Cold.
We've had success by 1) assigning a CC person to every single enemy mob (we usually assign our best players to CC. We have 5-6 healers with one only dispelling, 10-12 people on CC duty, 1 person totem stomping, and the rest on DPS), 2) trying to force the mobs to spread out as much as possible (e.g. by death gripping to opposite sides of the room), and 3) by assigning healers to /focus the most dangerous mobs (rogue, warrior, hunter). Also, we emphasize to our raiders that it is likely their own fault if they die and that everyone must be responsible for their own survival.
We also assign someone to totem stomp, if there's a shaman.
We usually put a prot warrior or DK on the rogue, a DK on the warrior, and someone with a lot of interrupts on the warlock. We have a warlock go affliction pvp and control a tree (if there is one) for the entire fight. A rogue locks down a pally healer for the entire fight. Another rogue locks down our first target (the priest or shaman healer).
After we kill a healer, we kill hunter --> rogue --> warrior --> lock. After one of their DPS goes down, the fight becomes easy.
Our kills take a long time (10-15 min). The fight's all about control and communication. For instance, the warlock on the tree should tell a DK to DG the tree out of the raid, if AoE is interrupting the warlock's CC rotation.
