Very Low frame rate

The thing is that everytime I play in a raid, I usually have 15fps on 10 mans, with the wow graphics in "Good". The problem is that I need to improve this because in 25mans with the graphics completely at the minimun (wow graphics) I can barely play with 2-5fps.

This is my computer:
Compaq Presario CQ45 notebook PC
3gb RAM
ADM Athlon X2 Dual-Core QL-60 1.90Ghz
ATI Radeon HD3200 Graphics

And my current addons are:

Atlas loot
Bartender
Pitbull
Omen
Recount
IceHUD
Chatter
Skinner
Grid

My question is, how can I improve the frame rate when I play, specially in 25mans since is becoming the priority of my toon.

Thanks

for starters disable recount. that one chews up your frame rate.

I would honestly disable any add ons you dont really need. so atlas loot.. skinner/chatter..

Big 2 i see on the list

Recount and Omen,

Recount -- if you only use it for DPS meter, check out skada.
Omen -- check out sthreatmeter or a lite weight nameplate addon like caelnameplates which change color at different threats...

there are also low computer demand UIs out there ... like tukUI

ok, I tried them both suggestions, still the frame rate improve a little, but no enough, still very low frame rate.

Changed Omen and recount, disable Chatter and Grid (If I disable Skinner it would screw up my UI)

I feel that with a computer that powerful you should be able to get much better frame rates...

Also What's running in the background, there are some programs, or a large amount of programs that will bring any computer to it's knees,

specifically what Antivirus do you use(if any)?
Do you run music while you raid (if so, what program)
Have you recently checked for virus's?

Try this before your next raid...

Start > Run > "msconfig" (without quotes) > click on Startup tab > Click on Disable all > Apply > OK > Reboot > You will get a pop up, just close it, this will disable 90% of the items that run when the computer turns on (Your computer is in a "crippled" State right now), but this is just a test for a raid, See if you get the same or similar frame rates, If you don't and you get great frame rates, then you need to start enabling the bare minimum, but for now try this, and let us know, we will get you the right stuff enabled.

Edit: to finish the post... Got click happy

He may also want to check for spyware using an antispyware program. Some antivirus software isn't good at detecting spyware.
