Moonkin Spec and questions??

I have hit 80 recently and searched long and hard on tankspot to find how to spec and what to get stat wise and couldn't find it so i made this.

This is my new spec i think it's good please comment.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

I skipped all the leveling things like hurricane and treants, i focused on IFF, Insect Swarm and just got the things that looked the most important. If you think i should move a few points around please explain??

Also gear wise i am going for haste and spellpower (well not really going for sp just comes with most items.) and does anyone know what the hit cap is????

Moonkin spec is pretty fluid atm. There are many different talents that are added/removed based on the encounter, mana regen, gear level, etc.

My current spec is: The World of Warcraft Armory
*EDIT* I've been considering a respec since my mana regen is so high (I don't use my own Innervate, and if I'm not AoEing I don't drop below 90% mana) and came up with: http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?drui...7bNrD,kdJ,9901 (it also falls in line with EJ's thread)

Hit cap for BOOMkin (with all applicable raid buffs) is 263 (237 with a draenei). Haste soft cap is 401. I don't believe there are any specific caps for crit or SP, but you definitely don't want to push one at the expense of the other.

The common school of thought for gemming is all Runed (+sp) gems. The meta of choice is Chaotic Skyflare Diamond - Item - World of Warcraft . To meet the blue gem requirement, 2 +SP/+Spi (purified) gems are usually used.

As for your choice to leave out Treants, Typhoon, and Starfall, I'd highly recommend putting them all back in. The only one that I might be tempted to pass on would be typhoon, but only because ToC doesn't have a bunch of AoE fights (and if I removed Typhoon, I'd remove Gale Winds as well). Starfall is just added DPS, it's great for a single point investment. Same with the treants, although they're deaths are a limiting factor (one that should be alleviated, at least partially, in 3.3).

I'd also recommend an addon called "Squawk and Awe"... it's a cooldown monitor tailored for druids. If you are missing out on your eclipse, you are losing big DPS. Since the recent buff (that separated your wrath/starfall eclipse cooldowns), this is even more important.
