My dps so far is only around 2k without any buffs so I think I'm about 2.5k in raids. I know I've got some pvp gear, but I'm trying to get some emblems to get the t7 chest.

My rotation:
It, ps, bs, bs, ss, dc
ss, ss, ss, dc
(then depending on the diseases . . . )

Gear Gear and more gear.. your doing it right, but you will prob see an increase in DPS with Blood spec, more forgiving on gear.. And by now there is alot of people pugging naxx, you will prob get gear faster in pugs than waiting for emblems.. just make sure to find a PUG that is motivated to finish of naxx in one or two nights..

For blood, it is something like IT, PS, HS, HS, DS, HS, HS, HS, HS, IT, PS

Fill the gaps with death coil and pop DRW at the appropriate times.

I may be slightly off on that blood rotation

I don't know where you got that idea but Blood is not more forgiving on gear at all. In fact, it's probably one of the more gear intensive specs in any of our tree, barely passing Frost. Unholy is the one that has the least gear recommendation.
