yes Dhantes, you still want to keep the others on CD, Sudden Death Executes still take priority, then Overpower, then MS, then full rage Executes. You basically just remove Slams from your rotation during execute phase.

If this spreadsheet were updated to account for all the changes since it was last updated (ie Armor Pen changes), you could use the Damage-per-Rage to determine if MS is better than a 30-rage execute. I'm pretty sure that it is regardless of your stats, though

I've read the post and kinda understand what it does, I dont see where the sheet is. Also, maybe linking a talent spec that would be good for arms pve and another for arms pvp

This is some really good input and much appreciated.
after t9 slam is def the winner from (4) bonus set. I also believe that execute should be hit on proc from set bonus as well, depending on rage available. After t9 is implicated i don't know if i even want MS, for I would only use it after charge b/c of juggernaut, and slam would fill all down time AND I will not us HS anymore b/c no haste potential bonus.

The upcoming problems that I see are bosses that must must be kited and slam could be a hindrance.
