Executioner/Mongoose still for patch 3?

Hey guys, I've heard things about armor penetration working differently in the patch and more working as a percentage after sunder. This will affect executioner I assume and therefore I wondered whether it was still best to go executioner/mongoose or whether mongoosex2 now wins.

Armor penetration is gonna change to a percentaje value. At around 1300 in live, Im getting 25% armor reduction in test servers, which in a regular boss with full sunders+CoR it's gonna be around 500-600 maximum.
Executioner is still a flat value, so a single proc is gonna give you more armor penetration that a full T6 geared warrior have. Stay with Execution in your main hand/two-handed weapons.

any idea if the percentage is determined pre-sunders or after sunders?

the percentage will be determined after the sunders. I think this will increase the value of executioner because now its even harder to get that armor pen and since its a flat value still it will be worth alot more.

I may even consider executioner on both weapons over mongoose. While you can't double-proc (it will refresh instead), more executioner uptime may make less crits more valuable.

Course, if your arms, as it stands right now you may be better off stacking your crit as high as you can for sudden death and bleeds. But once Blizz nerfs that (and you know they will, they've already said they're changing Sudden Death), it's either exe/exe or exe/goose in my head.
