which is better .... i loose alot of parry (50) if i go with the royal watch and a socket also. I loose 34 expertise which i am already hit capped so i don't need the hit but the expertise is a big plus

I would use the Gauntlets of the Royal Watch as a general survival piece because of the high EH and avoidance. What I would do with the Valorous Dreadnaught Handguards is use them in a threat set and gem them with a 15 stamina 10 expertise gem.

I'd use the Valorous piece.
If you use Valorous gloves instead of Gaunts. of royal watch, assuming you gem the valorous gloves with +10expertise/+15 stam:
-You lose 60HP
-You lose 12 defence
-You retain 34 expertise instead of +49 hit
-You retain 50 parry instead of +56 dodge

I'm assuming you are hitting the 540 defence cap.
Most gear comes itemized for dodge but not always so for parry, so I'd say keeping the parry is more valuable as you will be getting diminishing returns on dodge much faster.
Hit is not as useful as expertise both as a threat and EH stat. With lower level gear its much harder to find gear with expertise compared to hit.

Also, if you prefer to gem the gloves with +30 stam gem, you will gain 30HP

I would stop being bad and get the T9 gloves even if it is just the non-trophy ilvl232 version :P <3

Also link items from wowhead so we get popup stats allowing us to be too lazy for the single extra mouse click
