I have just starting tanking & have semi decent gear as my guild is just starting naxx.
I levelled as arms - fury since then - now dual spec, but my expertise is lousy. How do I get this up to the minimum (ie what enchants/gems to change on my gear or whatever).

At 9 the glove enchant might give you more threat. Other then that I wouldn't worry too much about it. If everyone in your guild is around your gear lvl you'll still be fine on threat.

As you push through naxx you'll find better gear with it on and you can build a threat set from that.

Expertise will come with gear as you move up thru the tiers. Probably the best thing you can do as a Human is to equip a sword or mace. The human racial for sword/mace is awesome. I dont think there are any chants for expertise, but the expertise/stam gems make a great filler for set bonuses.
