Lose Cuelty for Bladestorm at 60?

Hello everyone. Should I move my 5 points from Cruelty over to the Arms tree to gain Bladestorm now that I am 60? This is my first character so his main purpose for the foreseeable future is grinding with a little PvP thrown in for fun.
