I have Valor medal of the first war trink in my bags to throw on while im tanking bosses btw at the loss of 1.1k HP it pushes my dodge to Just under 26% so i use that for bosses.

yes its enough to maintank naxx. but don't use the +dodge trinket in my opinion.your avoidance is already fine but your hp is kind of low, dont go down any further.

try to get you professions up and get the trinket in the new 5man instance, will be some easy upgrades for you.
