25 naxx ready

ive looked on the forum and it sounds like 10 man and 25 man naxx have similar requirements? but my buddy said its higher requirements so i just wanna hear some more specific opinions on the minimum required for a 25 naxx main tank specs.

30K hp unbuffed
21.19% dodge
17.29% parry
19.48% dodge
541 def
24K armor
2.6K attack power

sorry if it seemed like im double posting but i just wanna get the head of the nail or so to speak.

I would say that you can do naxx 25 with out any problem concerning the specs you gave.

i got about same stats on my new warrior, and i have tanked Razorscale and XT, with some really great healers tho.
